We spent several hours enjoying the sun, tranquil breezes and watching for whales. It is hard to read when you are next to the ocean. I read two pages then spend 10 minutes watching the waves and looking for whales. The only way I am going to finish reading this book is when I get home. Did I mention it was sunny and 82 degrees? The weather has been fabulous. Occasionally a strong wind will whip across the beach and we end up with sand everywhere but it is so worth it. Not sure what we will do tomorrow. I am thinking beach, lava flow, shaved iced and a nap. I love this vacation. It is so relaxing.
